Ken R. Beuley
Director of Finance & Development
Kenneth R. Beuley is Director of Finance and Development for The Keith Corporation (TKC), responsible for the oversight of all development and construction projects. His duties include the negotiation of all build-to-suit leases, procurement of construction and permanent financing and supervision of all construction related activities.
Mr. Beuley has held his current position with TKC since 1993. In that time, he has overseen the development of over 100 projects totaling more than 9.6 million square feet and valued in excess of $942 million. Before joining TKC, Mr. Beuley served as Vice President of Finance for Lincoln Property Company in Washington, DC and Charlotte. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Beuley served as Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen and Company for three years prior to joining Lincoln Property Company.
Mr. Beuley is a magna cum laude graduate of James Madison University, with a degree in accounting.

Wendy D. Fulton
Project Manager
Wendy Fulton is a Project Manager for the Development
Division of The Keith Corporation (TKC), responsible for the daily project management
and coordination of numerous development and construction projects. She manages
projects from the early stages of planning, budgeting and scheduling through
the final construction phases for occupancy and use of the facility. Her duties
include site evaluation and predevelopment analysis, communicating and coordinating
between engineers, architects, contractors and owners to ensure project completion
and client satisfaction.
Ms. Fulton earned a BachelorS Degree in Business Administration
from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She joined the development
team at TKC in 1996.
Ms. Fulton's project experience includes Tractor Supply Company,
NVR, Thomasville Furniture, Garden Ridge, Office Max, Hollywood Entertainment,
Sonoco Products/Keating Gravure, Public Service Company, and American Equipment
Racing.

Eric
Larson
Project Manager
Eric Larson recently joined the Development Division
of The Keith Corporation (TKC) as project manager. He brings with him
over 13 years of commercial real estate construction expertise. During
his career he has managed the construction of over 4 million square
feet of commercial real estate. In his most recent capacity as
Senior Project Manager for Choate Construction Company he was responsible
for managing all facets of construction for industrial, distribution,
medical, office and institutional facilities. Mr. Larson brings a wealth
of practical construction knowledge, estimating ability and a can-do
attitude to TKC.
In his role as Project Manager for TKC, Mr. Larson will
execute industrial and retail development projects from rezoning, feasibility,
budgeting and scheduling through construction and final completion.
He will be a key contact for our various relationships
and will be in continuous contact with vendors, contractors, lender and
our clients.
Mr. Larson graduated from Western Michigan University with
a B.A. in Industrial Management and a minor in economics and business
management. |

Brendan
Pierce
Project Manager
Brendan Pierce is a Project Manager for the Development Division
of The Keith Corporation (TKC). He is responsible for the daily management of
development projects, including supervising and coordinating all phases of the
development process from initial due diligence through project completion. His
duties include preparing development budgets and schedules, directing the efforts
of design and construction teams, securing all regulatory approvals and interacting
with clients on a regular basis to ensure timely project completions.
Mr. Pierce previously worked as a project manager for Clark
Real Estate Advisors in Washington, DC. His experience includes managing the
development of retail, office, and multi-use space representing some of the
largest commercial real estate projects in the Washington metro area.
Mr. Pierce earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree
from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Derek L. Salfia
Director of Construction
Derek Salfia,
has been Director of Construction for the Development Division of The Keith
Corporation (TKC) since 1999. In this capacity
he oversees pre-development and management of construction projects
which includes site evaluation, pre-construction analysis, due diligence, preparation
of construction budgets, and management of consultants and contractors. Mr.
Salfia manages TKC owned facilities as well as third party client facilities.
Since 2005, he has managed and developed
2.5 million square feet of industrial projects including Crate & Barrel;
Room & Board; Schneider Electric/Square D; Lee Boy; Pergo Flooring; Papa
John’s Commissary and RSI Home Products.
Other
projects that he has completed with TKC include corporate headquarter
facilities such as Parkdale Mills; Billy Graham Evangelistic Association; and
Citizen South Bank and retail projects such as Thomasville Furniture; Walgreens;
and Citizens South Bank.
Mr. Salfia previously worked as the
site/civil group manager for Woolpert Consultants in Charlotte.
Mr. Salfia
is a magna-cum laude graduate from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape
Architecture. He is also a registered landscape architect.
