Christy Blakley joined The Keith Corporation (TKC) in 2007, and has since completed over 30 retail build-to-suit development transactions, with a strong focus on client relationships and expansion program execution.
Prior to joining TKC, Ms. Blakely worked with Cincinnati-based real estate developer, Paul Hemmer Companies as a Retail Development Project Manager, specializing in national retail development expansion programs. Prior to that, Ms. Blakely worked as a Business Development Manger with hotel developer Winegarden and Hammons in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Christy has specialized in single tenant build-to-suit development for over 12 years. She has worked closely and loyally with clients to support their company expansion goals and growth initiatives throughout the country.
Ms. Blakely studied undergraduate and graduate-level English Literature at both the University of Toledo and the University of Cincinnati, while competing as a student-athlete in volleyball and cycling. She still continues to compete as a cyclist to this day.
Ms. Blakely is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), an active associate of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and a candidate for the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). She is licensed in North Carolina and is a licensed sales person in South Carolina. Ms. Blakely serves on the Board of Directors for 24 Hours of Booty, a charitable organization contributing over $15 million to date for cancer navigation and survivorship programs
