At-Will Employment

The employee and the Company each have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without advance notice. A written contract that deviates from the “at will” employment policy must be signed by both the employee and the President of the Company. Oral statements, written communications, and benefits plans are not, and should not be considered, a contract with the Company.
