Hamburg Commerce Park Leases to Texas-Based Consumer Products Company

The Keith Corporation and Kiel Group are pleased to announce that Hamburg Commerce Park, a two-million-square-foot, Class A industrial and logistics campus in Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania, has signed a lease with Acadian Crossing Consumer Products (ACCP), a division of ArchPoint Group. This is the second lease in as many months at 323 Logistics Drive. Acadian Crossing Consumer Products will occupy 214,653 square feet of the 310,238 square foot speculative building.

ACCP supplies regional and national retailers with private label and branded disposable tabletop and food storage solutions.  The Shoemakersville, PA facility will service ACCP customers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S.  When it opens in September 2022, the distribution center will be NSF certified, FDA registered, and provide comprehensive warehouse services with safety, efficiency, and reliability at its core, delivering products on-time and in-full.

“Despite global supply change challenges, we’ve prided ourselves on serving customers with in-full rates in the mid-90% range,” said Jesse Edelman, ACCP CEO.  “The new distribution center will allow us to continue to provide best-in-class results to our East Coast customers.” said Edelman.

Kyle Mueller, Ryan Barros, and Kevin Lammers of JLL represented Acadian Crossing Consumer Products in this transaction.

Within Hamburg Commerce Park, only two (2) speculative buildings remain for lease: 29 Ludwig Court, a 1,240,013 square foot speculative building that delivers next month (June 2022), and Hamburg Commerce Park Lot 4, a 91,555 square foot speculative building that delivers in the first quarter of 2023.

Marketing and leasing of Hamburg Commerce Park, including the leasing of 323 Logistics Drive, is led by Justin C. Curis of The Keith Corporation and Bob Kiel of Kiel Group.
