After completing the Quintiles Transnational Corporation research facility in Kansas, TKC was commissioned to develop the Scotland location, achieving the BREEAM rating (equivalent to a US LEED Gold Certification).

Mixed-use Redevelopment

This highlight of Downtown Durham is a mixed use redevelopment adjacent to the Durham Bulls stadium. These former tobacco warehouses of the 1800’s are representative of the area’s history and culture and the site is currently listed on the Register of Historic Places.

Crate and Barrel Distribution Facility

This distribution facility is one of many developed by TKC in Lincolnton, NC. In 2009 it was awarded the first LEED Silver Certification in the “New Construction Category” in North Carolina.
