In collaboration with IDM Ventures, TKC is spearheading the development of South Point Commerce Center, a sprawling 185-acre industrial park located in High Point. The site is ideally suited for up to eight custom-built industrial projects, featuring structures spanning from 73,500 square feet to 342,000 square feet. Moreover, it can even accommodate a cross-dock building exceeding 600,000 square feet by combining two of its parcels.
