Breaking ground in 2025, the new medical campus will include a 150,000-square-foot full-service hospital and a 60,000-square-foot medical office building designed to meet the needs of one of South Carolina’s fastest-growing communities. From financing and budgeting to design and construction, TKC has been honored to play a key role in bringing this vision to life.

The new campus will feature state-of-the-art facilities and essential clinical services, including women’s health, cancer treatment, imaging, orthopedics, surgery, and more. Equipped with a helipad for emergency transport and advanced treatment technologies, the center represents a major step forward in ensuring that residents can access comprehensive care close to home.The MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Campus will anchor the region’s medical expansion, offering life-saving emergency services, specialized care, and outpatient programs—all built to serve this vibrant and growing community.
