“We just like it that much,” says Bill Baker, development partner at the Keith Corporation.
The firm could build a headquarters campus for a single company or a multi-building park, with several companies leasing office and research space.
“We really like the location,” Baker says. “It’s one of the larger sites in RTP now. It does give us a lot of flexibility to do a headquarters-type campus.”
Baker says the TKC has already received some interest from brokers representing companies since the deal closed Friday.
The Keith Corporation has been actively working in the Triangle, most recently building Rho’s new headquarters at the Triangle 54 office campus.
In the most recent property sale, Jim Allaire of Foundry Commercial represented the Keith Corporation while Barry Bowling and Chester Allen of CBRE represented GSK.
