Angel Medical Center

TKC formed a joint venture with Physicians to complete development of a partially constructed building. TKC provided project management including oversight of the pre-design to accommodate ambulatory standards, construction management, joint venture formation, ownership, financing and leasing. Tenant upfits include: GI specialty practice, endoscopy center, cancer center including medical oncology, rehab and physical therapy.
