TKC worked with Blue Ridge Regional Hospital to develop this 30,000 Sq. Ft. MOB. Blue Ridge Regional Hospital serves to provide Healthcare services to an under served, economically depressed area in western North Carolina. TKC provided complete development services including acquisition of New Market Tax Credits, managing all site entitlements, design, construction, permitting, financing and outpatient imaging.
