Butler Medical Office Building

The Butler MOB was a strategic acquisition made by TKC. This MOB is located directly adjacent to Butler Memorial Hospital. The mix of tenants, including the largest OB/GYN in the region and Butler Memorial Hospital Laboratory Services, was attractive to TKC's owners/investors. Longterm, TKC sees this location as a potential re-development opportunity as the hospital expands. There is a limited amount of land remaining on the campus and this site would be a prime location for re-development with its proximity to both the campus and the parking deck.
