Charleston Trade Center, developed by The Keith Corporation, is a premier industrial campus located in Summerville, South Carolina. Strategically positioned adjacent to Interstate 26 via the Nexton Parkway (Exit 197), the center offers unparalleled access to the Port of Charleston, Charleston International Airport, and major manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, Boeing, and Volvo. 

Spanning over 5.5 million square feet, Charleston Trade Center features state-of-the-art facilities tailored to meet diverse industrial needs. While TKC spearheaded the development, we are not the current owner, having sold individual buildings to the businesses that now occupy them. Notable tenants include:

• Twin Star Home Products: Occupying a 1,109,200-square-foot building, Twin Star is an award-winning designer and manufacturer of home furnishings and the North American market leader in electric fireplaces.

• IFA Rotorion: A German drive shaft manufacturer serving brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche, IFA operates a 234,000-square-foot facility, marking the first build-to-suit project within the center.

• Curtiss-Wright: This global innovator utilizes a 144,376-square-foot specialized facility as its East Coast hub for testing, manufacturing, and distributing U.S. Naval technology.

• RPM Warehousing: A public warehousing and transportation company handling products like green coffee beans, tea, and non-perishable groceries, RPM occupies a 307,353-square-foot cross-docked facility.

• Thorne Research Inc. and Advanced Packaging Solutions & Products Inc.: These companies share a 136,500-square-foot Class A building, strategically located for seamless distribution throughout the region.
