CompuCom Headquarters

This 150,000 Sq. Ft. Class A office building is the first corporate headquarter constructed in the Southeast using a low voltage, Power over Ethernet (POE) electrical system. This POE design is the future of office upfit and Compu-Com intends to use the building as a showpiece for its clients. TKC worked with CompuCom to ensure a large incentive package from the State of South Carolina. This project is responsible for relocating over 700 jobs to the state from Dallas, TX.
