Park Crossing

The Park Crossing Medical Campus was a strategic acquisition made by TKC. This MOB is located less than a half mile from the CMC Pineville Hospital Campus. Tenants include a plastic surgeon, outpatient behavioral health, weight loss clinic, and laboratory. TKC has completed renovations for new tenants an is in the process of continued improvements to the campus.
