Room & Board Distribution Center

This is the first of two build-to-suits that TKC completed for Room and Board. Developed in our Lincoln County Industrial Park (LCIP), a 680 acre, master planned, manufacturing and distribution community is located approximately 18 miles south of I-40 and 15 miles north of the US-321 Inter-Connector, a four lane, divided, interstate quality highway. LCIP is home to 17 buildings totaling over 4.4 million Sq. Ft.
