Roper St. Francis Medical Office Building

Project Completed Quarter 1 of 2018. TKC provided complete ground up development for this 45,000 Sq. Ft. building including land acquisition, managing all site entitlements, design, construction, permitting, financing and leasing services. Services for the building include oncology/hematology, primary care, pathology, neurosurgery, multi-specialty and orthopedic/PT.
