University Dental Surgery Center

TKC partnered with AM King to complete this award-winning dental surgery center in the University area of Charlotte. The project was a finalist in the Healthcare Real Estate Insights Awards for 2018. It also won a North Carolina Humanitarian Award as it addressed a significant shortfall in pediatric dental/medical care in North Carolina. TKC provided complete ground up development including land acquisition, managing all site entitlements, design, construction, permitting, financing and leasing services.
