Beth Godfrey
Senior Project Manager
Beth Godfrey joined The Keith Corporation in 2007 and serves as a Senior Project Manager on the Retail Development Team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
With experience on more than 100 projects across the country, she focuses on national tenant retail build-to-suit developments for clients such as Advance Auto Parts, Strickland Brothers Ten Minute Oil Change, Sunbelt Rentals, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Dollar General, Hobby Lobby, and Tractor Supply Company. She manages every stage of the development process—handling site selection, budgets, and collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly.
Beth is an active member of ICSC, reflecting her continued involvement in the retail development space. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and playing tennis.
