Brian Anderson

Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Brian earned both his bachelor's degree and MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC, with an emphasis in Finance and Leadership. While at UNC, he was a four-year starting center on the offensive line for the Tar Heels football team.

Prior to joining TKC, Brian worked as a commercial banker and credit analyst at Beacon Community Bank in Charleston, South Carolina, where he specialized in commercial real estate lending. While at Beacon, Brian developed and managed relationships with commercial clients, providing financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and comprehensive financial and business due diligence. Brian led transaction efforts as the primary source of contact with several prominent commercial real estate development firms, securing financing for construction projects and underwriting commercial loans.

Now based in Charlotte, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors – hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He is actively involved in the community through The First Tee, where he volunteers at after-school programs to help raise funds for youth development initiatives and scholarships.

Brian is also a member of the Charlotte Chapter of NAIOP.
