David A. Hanby

Dave Hanby is a Retail Development Partner at The Keith Corporation (TKC) with 32 years of commercial real estate brokerage and development experience. Dave specializes in retail net lease build-to-suit development, including site identification, financial feasibility analysis, land acquisition, and lease negotiation.

Dave is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia; and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Dave’s civic involvement includes serving as the Board Chair at the Lake Norman YMCA.
