Debbie Green

Debbie Green recently joined The Keith Corporation as Division Manager for TKC Management Services. Prior to stepping into this role, she served as a Senior Property Manager, bringing extensive experience in overseeing day-to-day property operations and delivering high-quality service to our tenants.

Debbie works closely with teams and clients to ensure properties are managed efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on tenant satisfaction and operational excellence. She currently spends much of her time supporting key projects including Morrison Yard in Charleston, SC and The Thread in Rock Hill, SC.

Before joining TKC, Debbie played a role in the growth of Ballantyne Corporate Park, where she managed property operations and was part of the team involved in the development of The Bowl at Ballantyne, a major mixed-use destination in Charlotte.

Debbie brings approximately 22 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management. She has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has earned the ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) certification and is currently a candidate for the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.

Outside of work, Debbie is passionate about her faith and enjoys staying active through sports such as volleyball and golf.
