Hunter Miller

Hunter Miller, Chief Financial Officer at The Keith Corporation, joined the firm in 2024. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and capital markets, Hunter oversees the company's investment strategy, capital markets, and finance activities. He is responsible for managing debt relationships, underwriting, finance, coordination with acquisition and development teams, dispositions, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining The Keith Corporation, Hunter spent 17 years with Wells Fargo Bank, where he held management positions in Real Estate Capital Markets, Real Estate Structured Finance, Special Situations Group, Real Estate Merchant Banking, and Real Estate Banking. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Southeast and MidAtlantic Real Estate Banking. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Hunter was involved in over $35 billion in real estate transactions. Hunter graduated cum laude from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.
Hunter is a Charlotte native who is deeply committed to serving his community. Over the years, he has volunteered with and served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations. He currently serves on the boards of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Foundation and NAIOP Charlotte. Hunter lives in Charlotte with his wife and their three daughters.
