Lukas Braun

Lukas Braun joined The Keith Corporation in May 2023 as an Associate Project Manager in the Healthcare division. After beginning his career working for a General Contractor in San Diego, Lukas made the cross-country move to Charlotte to pursue his goal of working on the owner’s side of development—managing land acquisition, site and building design, permitting, building construction, and tenant move-in.

With a focus on medical real estate development, Lukas helps deliver medical office buildings and hospital facilities ranging from 10,000 to 80,000+ SF. His background in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, paired with his general contracting project management experience, allows him to contribute across all phases of a project—from initial design and permitting to final delivery.

Since joining TKC, Lukas has played a key role in several impactful healthcare projects, including Cape Fear Valley Health’s Harnett Cancer Center and the MUSC Health Clements Ferry Medical Office Building, both of which he supported from early design through completion. He is also currently leading construction efforts on the Bluffton Medical Office Building and the Indian Land Medical Center.

Lukas is certified in OPC scheduling software and brings a strong mix of technical skill, project management experience, and collaboration to each project. Outside of work, he’s actively involved in his church and plays in local men’s flag football and softball leagues. A lifelong athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Lukas enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and spending time at the beach or on the water whenever he can.
