Sam Walker

Sam Walker joined The Keith Corporation (TKC) in 2021 and serves as Vice President of Healthcare Development. Sam is responsible for developing and growing TKC’s partnerships with health systems and physician groups and executing healthcare real estate projects across the Southeast.

Sam works closely with healthcare leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and translate their strategic objectives into executable real estate solutions. His responsibilities span the full development process, including market and site strategy, project feasibility, deal structuring, capital planning, design and construction oversight, and project delivery. Since joining TKC, Sam has been responsible for the development of more than 523,000 square feet and $504 million of healthcare projects.

Sam has spent his career focused exclusively on the healthcare industry and brings a multidisciplinary perspective to healthcare real estate development. His background in healthcare planning and architecture provides a strong foundation for evaluating complex projects and developing creative solutions to his clients’ facility, operational, and market expansion needs.

Sam is a registered architect and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Master of Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London.
