Wendy Fulton

Wendy Fulton has been with The Keith Corporation since 1996. She oversees the day-to-day management and coordination of numerous development and construction projects.  From early planning and budgeting to permitting, scheduling, and final construction, Wendy manages each phase to ensure timely completion. Her responsibilities span site evaluation, pre-development analysis, securing entitlements (including rezonings, variances, use permits, utility and construction approvals), preparing budgets, and managing engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Wendy's experience includes more than 100 retail, industrial, office and medical projects for clients including Tractor Supply Company, NVR, Mattress Firm, Dunkin’ Donuts, Dollar General, Thomasville Furniture, Garden Ridge (now At Home), Hollywood Entertainment, Sonoco Products/Keating Gravure, Public Service Company, and American Equipment Racing (now BK Racing).

She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with double concentrations in Marketing and Management.
